Przemek Keppe is a long time practitioner and a teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Okinawa. His first encounter with Yoga was in the year 2003. After two years of practicing Iyengar style of Hatha Yoga he went to his first Ashtanga Yoga class. Since then he has devoted his spiritual path to the traditional teachings of Ashtanga Yoga.
Throughout the years of studies he got blessing from Manju Jois and BNS Iyengar to teach Primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. With Sri Iyengar in India he has learned the practice of Pranayama and Mudras. Furthermore in the feet of Himalayas he has deepened his understanding of meditation through the Vipassana method.
In the past he had opportunity to study under many renowned teachers such as Rolf Naujokat, Nancy Gilgoff, David Garrigues, Laruga Glaser and many others. Consequently in 2019 he has found Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Morjim and since then he devoted his practice to the teachings of Sharmila Desai. Przemek is traveling to India every year where he continues developing his personal practice under the guidance of his teacher. His teachings emphasize to live yoga of the mat.
In 2019 Przemek moved to Okinawa where he founded Ashtanga Yoga Okinawa and continued to pass on the teachings of Yoga in Okinawa.
